IT Reach Productions shall not be responsible for or liable to the copyright of contents
submitted for video production. It is your responsibility to ensure the contents submitted
ARE NOT COPYRIGHT INFRINGED and ARE PROPERLY LICENSED.
OWNERSHIP
IT Reach Productions shall not claim the intellectual ownership of your video. And our company
shall not use your video (in whole or in part) in any format for any purpose without your prior
written consent. You own the video, you are responsible for and liable to the copyright and all
legal liabilities related. Should you check very carefully before use and/or distribution.
We have no templates, each video to our company is a unique production. Hence, instead of
spending your cost on verifying your submitted contents, we would rather reserve your cost for
producing your video. Sincerely, we trust and respect our clients' every submission, we believe
this is essential to the collaborations. If there is someone's graphical or musical work that you
feel impressive and wish to include in your video, the copyright issue must take into
consideration. Please keep in mind that either for commercial or private use, a copyright
license is usually a requisite. The application for license is not hard, the fee is varying depends
on the criteria of individual copyright holder. For queries, please contact us to work out the
