| and clearly mark the references. Pack and send us the |

| the audio files; and the signed Order Confirmation accordingly. |

| Upon receiving of all your materials, a 50% deposit payment |
| is required to launch the editing schedule. |

The time needed for post production may different from project |
| to project; normally, a minimum of 14 days is required. Please |
| allow us enough of time to work on your video. |

| Upon completion, we will post your video on secure web for your |
| approval. Please allow us at least 3 days for corrections, if any. |

Upon your approval and the final bill settlement, we will send |
| you the Video DVD and all your submitted materials. |
